<DescriptionText><text>
See queue_jog_z or notes below. Used in checking the plate size before loading.
Once the jog movement is interupted, the firmware joggs it slightly further
( queue_jog2_z ) to guarantee that the upper load ramp sensor is covered.
The vacuum is first checked to see if the picker has lost the plate. Then
the upper sensor is checked to make sure it is covered. The plate size is
calculated based on the known position of the Z-axis. Any discrepancy is
flagged as an error.

<Notes>
<DescriptionText><text>
After the picker places the leading edge of a picked plate just above the upper
load ramp sensor, it moves Y back to queued_pos_y and then lowers the plate
at slow speed by the max distance of queue_jog_z. This movement should be
halted
prematurely by the plate edge breaking the upper load ramp sensor if the plate
is
not too small. If it is too small then the queue_jog_z position will leave the
upper
load ramp sensor clear.
